India is overall a strong and experienced team but they failed to give the best performance in the previous match against South Africa and lost the match by the margin of five wickets. India won the toss and decided to bat first. This decision did not work for India as they failed to put a handsome total on the board. They could manage to score just 131 runs in 20 overs. The big names of team India like KL Rahul, Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Deepak Hooda, and Hardik Pandya failed to score some big runs against the bowlers of South Africa. Suryakumar Yadav was the only successful batter from their side who put some runs on the board. He scored 68 runs on 40 balls with the help of six boundaries and three huge sixes.
