Earlier, West Indies won the toss and elected to field. With George man’s half-century, Scotland scored 160 runs for 5 wickets in 20 overs. Michael Jones and George Mansi scored 55 runs in the opening pair. Matthew Cross, who came in at three, returned with just three runs. Captain Richie Berrington (16) also returned to the team for 86 runs in the 12th over. However, opener Mansi continued to play with one end in front. In the end, the left-hander remained unbeaten on 66 off 53 balls. Although there were no sixes, Mansi hit 9 fours.
