Zulqarnain Haider left the UAE in 2010 and left for England. Since then, his career has been in a state of flux. Although he played domestic cricket during this period, the doors of the Pakistan national team were no longer open in front of him. He later quit playing domestic cricket and continued to play in foreign leagues.

Two weeks ago, he was busy playing in a league in Oman. At this time, he had a serious stomach infection. Due to high medical expenses, he came to Pakistan despite many difficulties and underwent an operation at a hospital in Lahore.

In this regard, Zulqarnain Haider said that in Oman, there is a serious infection by eating stale food. Later, due to the injury to the stomach, the chemical spread in it, and the situation became more complicated. I couldn’t afford to carry medical supplies there, so I came home and operated on in Lahore.

“In the meantime, I contacted the PCB. They sent me to a team hospital. The board told me that they will help me meet my medical expenses. I’m hopeful they’ll pay my bill soon. That’s my right.
