Jahurul Islam Omi and Amit Hasan scored centuries on the third day of the third round of the Bangladesh Cricket League (BCL). Earlier, there were four centuries in the first two days.

Amit Hasan scored a century against Central Zone in Bogra on Monday. Jahurul Islam has reached three figures after Mominul Haque against Northern Region in Cox’s Bazar.

Shadman scored a century in the first innings to put South Zone ahead. But in the second innings, he was dismissed for zero. After the failure of the first three batters, Amit Hasan and Fazle Mahmud made a big partnership to make way for the team’s huge lead.

Fazle Mahmud (90) missed out on a century but Amit remained unbeaten on 112 runs. This is 21-year-old Amit’s sixth century in first-class cricket. South Zone finished the third day at 246 runs for five wickets.

Bowling with bowlers, not the middle zone. They can score 313 runs in the first innings. Central Zone was all out for 283 in the first innings. South Zone took a lead of 276 runs with five wickets in hand.

Jahurul Haque, who scored a century in the previous round of BCL, got a century again. This is the 36-year-old batsman’s sixth century in first-class cricket. After Mominul, the eastern region scored 403 runs in his century. In reply, Northern Region scored 138 runs for the loss of three wickets. In the first innings, they declared the innings at 378 for nine wickets. Eastern Region got a lead of 113 runs with seven wickets in hand.
